The Influence

It must be the influence, it must be the alcohol, but I somehow found myself going back and forth at her table to be noticed. I don’t know her much, she doesn’t know me at all. She transferred seats and we hardly talked, but it must be the alcohol, it must be the influence, ‘cause it seems that my eyes can’t focus on anything else but her. It must be the influence, it must be the alcohol.
